Why Gun Laws?

Gun laws have several effects in today’s world. In the United States Constitution, the second amendment states,”A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” However, several circumstances have changed since 1789. Our Government has become stronger, the people have more control due to our democracy. Additionally, firearms have became a greater liability to citizens.
